Over the course of 7 months, I was actively engaged in Agile development of a customer portal application. I participated in the project from the very start to a few weeks after the product launch date, and my role was Lead React developer. At the various stages of the project, I was mentoring up to 6 frontend developers as well as designing architecture of the React application, developing core functionality and conducting code reviews for my team.

In this project, I gained tremendous experience in developing web applications in accordance with accessibility standards, including AODA (Ontario Accessibility Act), and also working remotely with a large distributed team.
